In 2023/24, the group's revenue amounted to USD 127.9 million against USD 105.2 million last year. The income statement for 2023/24 shows a profit of USD 15.5 million against a profit of USD 11.7 million last year. In the light the external conditions in the group's market, including war and epidemic, the air traffic has recoevered and is boosting from the epidemic and is the most significant factor for the increase in the group's activities during the financial year and therefore meets the management's expectations for revenue and profit compared to expectations stated in the annual report for 2022/23. The Board of directors considers the result satisfactory.
In line with previous years, resources have been allocated to maintaining quality assurance at a very high level so that the group continues to meet the industry's highest standards for AS9120B & ISO 9001:2015 certification.

No events materially affecting the Group's and the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.

Beskrivelse af virksomhedens forventede udvikling

It is the management's expectation that developments in the surrounding community, will have a significant impact on air traffic and thus the group's activity. It is currently not possible to assess this impact. However, there is already an increasing trend in the activity, and thus it is expected an increase in revenue to a level of USD 136 million and profit before tax of USD 17 million appr.
